The books are in a loose-leaf notebook format. The reason for this format is so that I can add information all the time. There are 12 songs, 57 figures, over 100 diagrams, and 6 tables of information in the Plectrum book, plus a Chord Encyclopedia giving several inversions of every chord. The contents of each book are the same, and I have only changed the chord diagrams for the various banjo tunings. For the Plectrum there are over 230 pages and 60 sections. The books are designed to take a student, knowing very little about the banjo, up to playing melody on the banjo. However, this can only be done with diligent study and practice.
