Everyone (including wives, children 12 years or older, and guests) should register and pay the registration fee, which helps fund availability of the Friday night and Saturday night show auditorium, vendor room and "jam" room(s), as well as other Rally activities and facilities.
The Friday and Saturday night banquet tickets should be ordered with your registration because the Convention Center requires a head count prior to the Rally. If you want up-front table seating for the Friday and/or Saturday night shows, you will need to purchase the Friday Grand Banquet Meal and/or the Saturday Banquet Meal. Attending the Grand Banquet Meal and/or the Saturday Banquet Meal satisfies our obligation for Banjo Rally participants to take at least one meal at the Convention Center in return for use of the hotel's facilities.
This year, seating arrangements for the Friday Grand Banquet and Saturday Banquet meals will be on a first-come-first-seated basis.
A block of Best Western rooms has been reserved for the Banjo Rally and will be available until August 3, 2011. After that date these rooms will be released to the public for resale and special room rates are not guaranteed. For your Best Western Inn of the Ozarks reservation, call: 800-552-3785 or 479-253-9768 (mention that you are attending the Banjo Rally International for best room rate).
Refunds can be made if requested before August 14, 2011.
